Cold sheet metal stamping is a deformation process performed at room temperature, without the use of heat sources, which allows the production of structural and decorative components with high precision. Cold sheet metal stamping makes it possible to achieve finished products with complex geometries and tight tolerances ideal for a wide range of industrial and construction applications.
This method, particularly suited for serial production, offers high standards of precision and repeatability, and enables the integration of in-line operations such as punching, drilling, or cutting. In this way, components can be delivered ready for assembly or final use, customized according to the client’s specifications, while saving time and production costs.
Materials and sectors
We cold stamp carbon steel, pickled steel, galvanized steel, stainless steel and aluminium, from strip 0.4 to 4 mm thick. We produce brackets, plates, supports, reinforcements and fixing accessories to the customer’s drawing, for:
- automotive and industrial vehicles: parts for truck sides, trailers, cabins and forklifts;
- construction and window frames;
- furniture and shelving;
- electrical and photovoltaic systems.
