Open and Perforated Profiles

Actually this is a cold roll-forming process through an on-going bending of a metal strip which is deformed by a set of successive rollers up to the required final shape. This is the ideal system for manufacturing long size profiles in bulky quantities as production time and cost are badly cut.

Sika Technical Department designs the set of rollers using a sophisticated cad/cam software constantly upgraded thanks to the added experience of our staff of Engineers. Rollers are manufactured with CNC machines using highly resistant special steels suitable for the severe dynamic stress and strain that occurs during the forming process.
